Tuition, Fees and Financial Aid

Saint Anthony Catholic School strives to maintain affordable tuition and fees by being responsible stewards of our resources and our families/ investments in their children’s education.  We are committed to finding new and improved ways to help you achieve your goal of providing a Catholic education for your children.  The Financial Aid section provides information which may help reduce your out-of-pocket expenses.

  • Yearly Tuition:                                              $5,685/per student

  • Catholic Affiliation Yearly Tuition:          $4,925/per student  (Requires Catholic Affiliation Scholarship Application)

A variety of payment option are available to budget this investment.  Installment plans are available to schedule the payment of tuition fees monthly (10 or 12 months), quarterly, semi-annually, or in full.  Please contact the bookkeeper for additional information regarding fees and payment plans.

  • New Student Application                            $50 (non-refundable)

  • New Student Academic Screening             $25 (non-refundable)

  • Registration                                               $450/student

  • Family Campus Fee                                 $500/family

  • Graduation Fee (8th Grade Only)         $50/student

  • FACTS Tuition Management:  All financial transactions are managed through this service.  Families are assessed a fee by the company on a yearly basis.  The fees are dependent upon the payment plan option chosen by the family.

  • Optional services:  Families are provided with options for extended care, homework class, pre-paid lunches, athletic programs, and after-school enrichment programs.

  • School-Based Assistance

    • Catholic Affiliation Scholarship:  All families registered AND actively supporting their parishes may apply by submitting the 2017-2018 Pastoral Approval Form, signed by the priest, with the application and registration fees.  It may cover up to $840/child.  To quality for this scholarship families must pay the Registration fees with their application.

    • Family Blessings Scholarship:  All families with multiple children may apply for a $100 scholarship per child, after the first registered child, by requesting the scholarship on the Application/Re-registration forms.

  • Diocesan-based Assistance

    • Catholic Schools Tuition Assistance Grant:  Income-based diocesan grant to help families with school tuition costs. It is available to all students who are currently registered or have submitted an enrollment application. Qualified applicants must be baptized, practicing and registered in a Catholic parish in the Diocese of St. Petersburg. Applications for this scholarship must be completed on-line via FACTS.

  • National Scholarships

    • George and Mary Kremer Foundation: Provides Catholic elementary schools in the continental United States with need-based Tuition Assistance for eligible children. The Principal is given the responsibility of selecting the students and applying on their behalf. Eligibility is determined through the foundation’s need-based application process. This assistance grant is available to affiliated students.

  • Privately-sponsored Scholarships

    • Mary C. Forbes Foundation: Need-based scholarship reserved for students within the Diocese of St. Petersburg who are active practitioners of the Roman Catholic faith. Limited applications are available to qualified applicants. The deadline for submission is April 14th for the following school year. Applications must be processed through our school, and are available from the bookkeeper.

  • State-approved/state-sponsored Tuition Assistance Scholarships

    • Step-Up for Students:  State-approved privately funded income based scholarship to cover tuition and some of the associated fees.

    • AAA Scholarship: State-approved privately funded need-based scholarship alternative to the Step-Up for Students scholarship.

    • John McKay Scholarship:  State-sponsored scholarship reserved for children with various educational needs, as determined by their individual Educational Plan or 504 Plan.
